Below are a list of frequently asked questions that relate to user accounts and were created for users who were active subscribers of the previous website. This website was redesigned and launched on the 30th July 2020 to allow members to have greater control over their subscriptions, higher security protocols and a better user experience.
As with all new systems, teething problems and minor bugs may crop up from time to time. If you’ve spotted something odd or out of place, please head to the last of these FAQs and follow the instructions there to report it to the Kamal Fernandez team.
I can’t find the password reset email. Help?!
Head here to reset your password and follow the instructions. Your email address will be the one you used to sign up to the previous Kamal Fernandez Online Training website. If you get stuck, please let us know and we’ll find you in the user database and send over the email address connected to the account.
How do I access my course content?
If you have an active subscription to any of the courses, you will be able to find them in the My Account page, which is linked in the main menu at the top of every page for ease. Your Courses will be displayed towards the top of the page below your name when you are logged in.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Pre-July 2020 Members:
If you were an active member of the previous website, you will have a manually added subscription on this website. That is to ensure that none of your personal or payment details were handled during the site switchover. Your subscription will not auto-renew and you will not be re-charged. At the end of your subscription period, you will receive an email to renew your subscription and add a payment method, at this point, the site will handle requests thereafter. See below if you have already completed this manual renewal process:
Post-July 2020 Members:
If you have signed up via the new website, you can easily manage your subscription through the “My Account” page by scrolling down to the “Your Account” section and looking for “Subscriptions” in the list to the left. This will open to show you all of the subscriptions attached to your login. Here you can choose to cancel or upgrade.
How do I change my payment details and my address?
This is also handled in the new “My Account” page, in the “Your Account” section. You can find Addresses and Payment methods in the list to the left. In each you can update your personal details.
It is worth noting that your card details are not stored on the website, they are securely protected via our payment gateway, Stripe, and only the last 4 digits and the expiry date are held within the website itself. Nobody can steal your payment information or access compromising personal information here.
I can’t work out how to login, where should I go?
No worries, just head here and if you are not logged in, you’ll see a login form. If you are already logged in, you’ll see your course content and options to amend your subscriptions or personal details further down the page.
How can I log out?
If you want to manually log out, head to the My Account page and scroll right down to nearly the bottom of the page, the logout option should be one of the bottom-most options on the screen, before you see a green bar with Kamals social icons on it.
One of the videos seems to be in the wrong place / One of the videos won’t play
